Project Description

Situated in Sitio Ramon, Isabela, the Ramon Meetinghouse was developed to provide a dedicated place of worship and religious instruction for the local congregation of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints. Completed in 1996, the facility occupies a thoughtfully planned site that balances spiritual, educational, and community functions within a unified development.

The project follows the Church's established meetinghouse design standards, combining a chapel and classroom facilities within a single architectural composition. This arrangement creates a practical and efficient environment for worship services, religious education, leadership meetings, and various congregational activities, while maintaining the dignity and reverence expected of a sacred space.

Architecturally, the building emphasizes simplicity, clarity of planning, and functional durability. The chapel serves as the focal point of the development, complemented by adjoining classrooms that support a broad range of instructional and community programs. Circulation throughout the facility is straightforward and intuitive, allowing congregants and visitors to move comfortably between worship and teaching spaces.

A notable feature of the property is its generous open area, which accommodates both vehicular parking and recreational activities. The multi-purpose paved court serves as a basketball court and gathering space, extending the facility's role beyond worship and reinforcing its importance as a community-oriented destination.
